Lifeplan Digestive Enzymes (120 Tablets) — Plant-Derived, Vegan Friendly

I bought these to replace the ones I had from Holland and Barrett. These were considerably cheaper, plus were delivered the next day with Prime delivery. They are just as good as the Holland and Barrett ones. I was having trouble with stomach pain, throwing up, food not digesting and bloating, and digestive enzymes definitely helped get this under control. I just took two tablets alongside my food and I really noticed the difference when I didn't take them - the bloating and nausea and discomfort were awful. Digestive enzymes are also really good for anyone switching to a more vegetarian/vegan/raw diet to help the body adjust and digest. If you are having stomach issues, I'd also recommend looking at Bionutri Ecobalance, which have really turned things around for me.

I've tried different products, but this is the one that works best for me. It has eased a lot of my stomach issues. The only problem is that the tablets are rather bulky and hard to swallow.

These are miracle workers for those of us who suffer indigestion and bloating, do the job and are quite cheap.

I've been using Lifespan digestive enzymes and have produced excellent results. If you have digestion issues these are worth trying. Recommended.

Las he tomado antes de comer y se nota la digestión más ligera. La recomiendosobre todo porque se acercan momentos de comilonas y atracones.

Non sono qui a valutare questo prodotto perché ne ho ricevuto un'altro con il solito nome della stessa ditta ma con ingredienti diversi non compatibili con altri farmaci che assumo, purtroppo 2 pasticche le avevo già prese è per puro caso mi sono accorta dell'errore, adesso ho chiesto di fare il reso.Ma poiché mi fido di Amazon sarò certa che avverrà, mi spiace dell'inconveniente, ora ho dei dubbi su altri acquisti.

Ho atteso di finire la confezione prima di scrivere, enzimi digestivi che a me personalmente non sono valsi nulla, a differenza di altri prodotti, è giusto provare ma di sicuro non li riacquisterò.

Difficile affermare che abbiano qualche effetto positivo sulla digestione, anzi...Io ho quasi avuto l'impressione che peggiorassero la situazione...ovviamente questo è solo un guidizio personalissimo: ogni persona è diversa...
