I purchased this product as I have severe GERD, which is accompanied by problems with protein & nutrient absorption. At first it seemed to help. However, I then started to notice that my reflux was getting worse & my rosacea acne has got much worse. The only ingredient I could think that may do this was the green tea extract, so I did some research on the internet & discovered that green tea can cause excess acidity & can also affect liver, especially if these areas are already compromised. The enzyme amounts per serving are given in measurements such as PU, PC etc where all the enzymes I have had in the past were in mg, so it is difficult to see exact quantity

These are fantastic. I take 2 in the afternoon when my energies are sapped and I feel energetic immediately after.Also my bloating has subsided. The capsules are nice and easy to swallow.I'm going to try the Supergreens from the same company next as it combines Probioticswith the digestive enzymes - much easier for travelling.

Good combination of ingredients make this a must have for the medicine cupboard :)
