180 Caplets Fast Acting Lactase - Lactase Enzyme - Compare to the Active Ingr

I can't believe I found these. They are a life saver. I have been able to eat dairy now without the 'Toilet Fear'. My ONLY criticism is that, as my intolerance is very severe, I still wake with bloating and headache and mucus. But the main thing is that it has saved me from worrying about eating out. I take 2 with my first mouthful of dairy and take more if I'm eating it for more than 30 minutes. I would NOT recommend taking it before the meal as the enzymes are only active for 30 minutes. Eat it WITH your meal.

Thanks to these Caplets I am able to enjoy my favourite foods again. Since childhood I always enjoyed milk products and I was used to drink milk twice a day. But all of sudden my body become intolerant to Lectos at the age of 31-32. Struggled badly for a year or so and NHS failed to help at all. Then started experiments myself by leaving things like gluten and link products for few days and realised that it was actually milk which was causing the issues. Since then I was surviving on Lecto Free foods, finally after 3 years I have found something which allows me to eat whatever I want.I don't have swear Lectos intolerance, I can still use normal milk in my tea and have some yogurt but 3 slices of Pizza, cereals with Milk cause issues for me, but one caplet before consuming milk product is enough for me to digest Lectos.

I've tried most brands out there for lactase enzymes being highly intolerant to lactose. Unfortunately I have to take medication containing lactose every day so I cant be without a realiable fast acting enzyme. Trust me when I say these do not work, even in the slightest. They are a fast acting recipe so you should be able to take at the same time as consuming lactose but it doesn't matter when you take them they do nothing but give you a one way ticket to the toilet. It's a real shame because the individually wrapped tablets would be so convenient if they worked. These are also rather expensive and as I didn't manage to get the tablets returned in time for a refund they've gone straight in the bin. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY these.

Best ones I've had in my life. Before these with other products I wasn't able to eat ice cream.. or milk inside coffee. Last summer I spent my holiday having no problems at all and I'm not afraid to have ice cream ever again. For cheese I use only 1/4 or 1/2, they are easy to break.They are easy to carry around. Other types of products are usually in container and it makes annoying sound inside the bag and nowhere to put into pocket. These I can take as much as I want and they are separately packed in sheets. I have always 1 in my pocket for work lunch and few in my bag and wallet so I never forget them home. :)

When i reached about 40 suddenly i bacame affected by cheese, milk, yoghurt ect. almost over night and im a cheese monster, id eat it every day and now even a slice of cheese id get bloating and if i had 2 slices then stand back about 7 hours later, i took 1 of these about 20 mins before i ate a pizza then had another when id finished, i felt a bit bloated but was ok, so next time i had 2 half an hour before pizza and 2 after and i was fine, amazing

These are great, providing you know how to use them and what they do!They won't help with other milk intolerances as this is just for lactase deficiency. Also they have to be in your digestive tract at the right time.The instructions say "take with first bit of dairy" but I've found this useless for milk, you need to take it at least 20 minutes before. Also the effect will start to go by an hour after taking it.Ultimately it's an intolerance, so your milage will probably vary.

I can’t comment on the flavour, as I just take this with water. I have mild lactose intolerance, I can have milk with my tea or coffee. But a latte, milk in cereal, pizza, cream based meals, ice cream doesn’t go down well🤣My cousin has used these for years and I tried a couple out here and there and finally invested in my own box. I took one right before my dinner last night, which was the famous TikTok pasta - baked feta and tomato. And I didn’t get a single cramp or become bloated afterwards and this would typically be a meal to cause uncomfort.So, from a mild lactose intolerance point of view - this is a must have for me now!

Arrive on time not damaged.I started using this product on the recommendation of my partner. When I first started using it, I would take one tablet with my first bite of anything dairy and as a precaution a second one pretty much straight away, as my intolerance was quite bad and I was fearful as I did not want to suffer the consequences. After two years I read that I only need to take one with the first bite and so I tried and it worked just fine.I have not experimented with milk or cream but it works with most cheese so I’m happy with the product.
