Amazingly, the Heega company contacted me for feedback. When I told about the Bat cracked from middle, the company immediately committed me to replace the bat. I received the replacement Bat within four days. The quality and professionalism expressed by HEEGA is incomparable and superior to any other famous cricket product manufacturers. Very unsatisfactory, asi got cracked bat at the tow of the bat. And ehen i filed a return no one approached to pickup the bat.

Feedback update after the replacement:Tried to replace bat with reported issues to seller, conversation started smoothly where seller already agreed to send back the Bat to them and if possible replacement/repair can be done based on reception.Fortunately, bat defects appeared while few days left to replace.I thought of give it a try with replacement rather than return to get saved from homework in selecting another bat.Replacement reached 1 day prior to delivery date.1st day review:New bat details1. Better wood used (Kashmir willow)2. Lighter than the previous one.3. Wood seems to be refined with few woodmarks on either side (may not affect the strokes though)4. The bat was delivered without any delay by amazon. The packing was good. The bat cover is decent. The bat looks neat and it does look a bit preknocked. The built, balance and weight is good as expected. But the sweetspot has still to be knocked a bit more. Overall a I am satisfied with the purchase and happy. Thanks Amazon.

It's a wonderful bat with thick edges. Balance of the bat is very good. Good ping, 7 to 8 grains, and the seller is also good.. it's a value for money bat.MUST BUY.!
