This is a great piece of gear. Easily set up and very off putting to anyone thinking of BORROWING my car.!!!! I would strongly recommend this to anyone who have to leave their vehicle unattended.

Good idea with some potential flaws
This is a well made item but is probably more of a visual deterrant than an actual theft prevention piece of kit. The main reason for this comment is that many gear lever 'knobs' can be unscrewed and then the hook device could probably be forced off fairly easily. However it is very convenient to deploy and the visual deterrant may be enough to cause a potential thief to move on.

Handbrake to gear stick lock
Won't fit all cars, but does come with two tie-rods so you can get the correct distance between the h-brake lever and the gear stick. Well made and comes with all the bits you need to fit and use the lock.
