Q: what is the approx. size of the extra large patches please

Cannot remember the size but they were not small and I would call them pads rather than patches and very effective. Relieved my pain and I intend to order more to keep at home for emergencies.

Q: how thick are they - will they be invisible under a tight dress on my back?

They are quite thick and wrinkly. I don’t think they’re suitable for a tight dress.

Q: Are deep heat patches good for sciatica back pain

They certainly helped my wife and self and we have packet in house at all times
