Just got this for Christmas and I've been using it for two straight days. Very solid and very strong. I had back surgery exactly one year ago. I had a Laminectomy, where part of my spine in the lumbar area was removed and 75% of the blockage from my spinal column was removed in the same area. I use the massage gun on the pressure points described on the included books and I sure can feel the relief.
