Brilliant quality for money. High levels of EPA and DHA, which is what I wanted. Small size for what they are. No fishy smell.

I was recommended these Omega-3 capsules primarily for joint support, but they obviously come with multiple overall health benefits too. The dosage is high, which was one of the main reasons I chose these, as it makes them feel more effective compared to lower strength alternatives. One thing to note is that the capsules are quite large and can be difficult to swallow. A little top tip that works well for me, I place one on a teaspoon and swallow it with a bit of yoghurt, which makes it much easier. Definitely make sure you take these with a full stomach/after food, if you don’t, you can get a fishy aftertaste and they can repeat on you. Its hard to objectively measure the benefits, but I’m happy to continue taking them. My only real downside is that I wish the capsules were smaller. Overall though, a good quality, high-strength Omega-3.

Most fish oils on the market use poor quality oil. This product is one of the better quality fish oils on the market at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for

When I was young, in a galaxy far far away, my mother used to give me a desert spoonful of cod liver oil every day (yuk!) before we could get it in capsule form. Having recently seen an episode of BBC TV's 'Trust Me I'm A Doctor' programme on the benefits of dietary omega-3 which showed that taking Omega-3 fish oil capsules was as effective as eating oily fish I decided to, once gain, supplement my diet, which regularly contains oily fish, with fish oil capsules. The programme stressed the importance of having DHA and EPA rich oils and used capsules containing 1500 mg of these oils. I was impressed with the specification of Aava Labs capsules, which exceeded the above and am looking forward to reaping the benefits. The cost of the capsules was reasonable and the delivery very quick, plus the customer service follow-up was excellent. Aava Labs are obviously proud of their products.

I've been looking for an Omega 3 capsule for a while that fitted the bill. I've been taking these for about 1 month and really like them. I take the 2 capsules with my breakfast which stop any fishy after taste I've had with other capsules. I've been doing a fair bit of excercise and have found my knees etc are no aching which is a bonus. My main intention for taking these is to improve brain function, this will take a while to see any results I suspect but should hopefully see an improvement in the next month or so. I had cause to contact customer services, the reply time and resolution offered was second to none. Excellent friendly staff waiting to help with any questions you might have. I've recommended these to my family who have made purchases and will continue to recommend. Will be buying again without doubt.

Excellent product

I take these with pqq and coq10 (kaneka variety is the best), as both are fat soluble. Not sure what I can say here but I got it for that dreaded time of life women in their late 40's onwards start with, before the other big dreaded thing hits them. I want as many natural alternatives as possible, I got this for my brain, the hot flushes and for my bones regarding that dreaded big O thing that can hit women during that dreaded time of life (but I've also been taking magnesium for many years, and vitamin d alongside k-you need to take vitamin k with vitamin d folks!). But I also got them for my cognitive function, and alongside other supplements-really want to be as natural as possible-sage and rosemary. But also the Coq10 is also very good for people in their mid 40''s-look this up and see what you find! I find these capsules are helping, they are a little big to swallow but I take them with a large glass of water.
