I suffer with Fibromyalgia, and with it, terrible IBS. I had been taking other cheaper tablets to help with digestion, but they really only worked 50/50. I decided to take the plunge and invest in these tablets (although not recommended by anyone I know personally) and was surprised by the results.I have to admit that at the start these gave me terrible lose bowels and I was going to give up after two weeks of taking them. However, my husband pointed out that I have not suffered with any Stomach pains or cramps within days of starting. Even when eating lactose base products such as Ice Cream and Cheese.So I continued on and everything settled in the 3rd week of taking them. I was loving exploring my long lost love for diary and spices again. Food was becoming a joy. But to make it a fair test, I needed to know if i could continue without them. So when the bottle ran out, I gave it a week without having any of these tablets. The pain had returned, the ice cream was off the menu, and food was evil again.Needless to say, I have started back on them again and the pain is once again gone......PROS: They 100% workCONS: The size is a little hard to swallow - ~I would prefer to take more smaller ones then three large ones a day.Investing in another of their health pills, hoping for great results from them too.

Not really a fan of writing long, wordy reviews. You buy a drill, it works, you use it, your'e happy. But, as a health product, usually, you buy something, and its not great, and so you don't bother to review it. You just don't buy it again. Sound familiar?Ok, well. I bought these on a kind of whim. I had heard, deep in the realms of healthy, organic sites something about probiotics and..yes..ALLERGIES. I take anti-histamines. I don't particularly like it. they make me sleepy. But they do prove very effective.. So- choose between sleepy drowsy face and allergy free-no burning/itchy sneezing (FOR DEFINITELY you cannot drive whilst experiencing an allergy attack as they can be powerful!) e.t.c (the allergies are really bad and can turn to flu like symptoms-It's a high strain, so maybe this is why, since i have been taking them.. a few days I took my allergy tablet as usually..and then..i just stopped. And..I have not been poorly (touch wood,noggin' little mans' pointy green hat) I don't really know what to say, except that I am pretty surprised. They WORK. For now, anyways. I hope that their super-powers do not wear off though because I am very pleased with them. I'll let you know if I get an allergy reaction and its worn off!

I do not write many reviews at all. I had to write about these miracle capsules, I have been in dire pain in my right hand side of my body, approximately where you would have Gaul stones. I went to the Doctor,s oh it is a trapped muscle, NOPE! I went privately for Ultra sound etc, Nothing! I went to Italy for awhile, the dire pain, & frightened of eating pain started again. I went to a fantastic Doctor there, he had treated people all over the world, he said it is a problem with your Colon, you need a Colonoscopy. We were insured with an expensive well Known travel insurance beginning with "B" , we gave them the details, it was expensive to get hold of them & go through all the stuff & time they ask you, they never came back to us to sanction an operation on my Colon. I really cut down on what I ate, which by now was very little, and made our way home. I saw these on Amazon & the write ups & tried them immediately. I feel great, no more pain & no operation, that has to be good. By the way we no longer use that Travel Insurance.

I've been using it for almost two weeks and I do feel better when it comes to digestion. I take it when I wake up, after lunch and around 6pm. My evening bloating has reduced significantly! I would highly recommend it if you want to have a head start on your healthier life decision or, maybe, you're changing your diet, so this product can really give you a boost. However, I find it to be a little bit too pricey for my budget, even though it's a high quality product. Though I will come back to it once in a while.

Bought these on the promise that they are whole food supplements, also because they claim that the Vit D ( i work nights so don't get much sun ) added comes from mushrooms and not from lambswool like most other Vitamin D supplements do. I haven't given 5 star as i will wait till my next blood test and see if my Vit D levels are acceptable .Update September 2018 . I'm over 50 and try to eat well and look after myself as i'm ageing. Recently had my health assessment and no problems at all with anything. It may be just that i've had more sunlight and therefore has helped with my well being, not sure to be honest, or it could just be these vitamins have helped a lot. I will be ordering again as the ingredients have everything i have been looking for in a capsule and why change something if it appears to be doing the trick.

Super, excellent supplement! I've been taking these for over 2 weeks now and have recommended them to 2 colleagues at work, one of whom is a Lupus sufferer.
