The sound quality of this is some of the best including the noise cancellation for office use headsets. The wireless helps you move around and it warns you when the battery is about to run out with an audible prompt in your ear. The range isn't that great but it does allow you to get up and walk a bit from your desk while you're still listening on the conference call. This is the standard issue headset for my company and works perfectly with MS Teams. The Bluetooth allows you to multi-connect to different devices. Also comes with a handy carrying bag for storage. There's also a USB adapter if the device Bluetooth doesn't connect or work for you. I don't have to use this

User friendly and somple set up. Headphones are easily connected to devices. Charge lasts almost a full 5 day work week! Perfect for work, but find myself using at home doing chores. Sound quality is superb. No issues.

We have used these headsets for the last four years in our office, they work great, good for sound and background noise. The only limitations I have found is after a year or so of use they are prone to break/come apart where the headset and ear pieces connect. I have lost at least 4 of these headsets this way. The connector piece is too flimsy and should be more durable for a headset in this price range. Other than that flaw, they get the job done and seem to be one of the better headsets out there for heavy daily use. They are comfortable to wear for an 8 hour shift.

The sound quality and connectivity options are very good, but the right earpiece broke off from the base after only 5 months of use. Many other reviewers have logged the same issue. I've tried every possible repair (heavy tape, crazy glue) to no avail. I don't recommend buying this model due to this significant manufacturing defect.

The Connection of the ear piece to the head bracket is flimsy. I've owned two of these and ony got a little over 1 year out of them. Sound quality is excellent but plan on buying a new pair every year and a half or so if you use them daily.

I bought these to be able to use for work. Switching between my PC apps and my cell phone. It connects to both at the same time and switches pretty seamlessly. I'm very happy with that! They are very lightweight and rest on your ears, which I prefer for work. I've used earbuds and over the ear and I don't like completely cutting off room noise. I keep them off because I'm not always on a call and don't want to waste battery life. I can quickly turn them on and put on my head while it connects. I don't like wearing a headset or earbuds all day. I like being wireless because I typically walk and talk. I tried connecting it to my PS4, couldn't figure it out. I tried connecting to the screen on a Delta flight, couldn't figure it out. I'm not sure if it's the headset or user error. But I did try for 15 minutes or so each time which is a little frustrating. All in all I'm happy with my purchase, it does what I need it to do.

I would love to give this product a 4 or 5 star review, but I can’t because this is now the SECOND time this model headset has broken in the exact same spot! The first time it happened after about 4-5 months of use I thought, “Probably just a fluke. Maybe I got a lemon.” I work from home and use this headset daily. I have loved the light weight of the headset, sound quality, and ease of being wireless so when it broke the first time I invested in buying a second one. Here I am exactly 4 months later and guess what? Broken. Again. In the exact same spot. Once is a coincidence… twice is a trend. Especially when you see reviews from other users that have had theirs break in the same spot. There is clearly a design flaw in the connecting portion between the earphone and the headband. I’m not an engineer but it seems pretty obvious to me that if you’re going to design something with the deliberate ability to rotate an ear piece to a certain degree, you should make it so the connecting piece is large enough to withstand standard wear and tear. I am extremely gentle with my equipment and also store it when not in use on a stand out of the way. There is no way I was too rough or indelicate with this headset. If you’re looking to spend your money on a headset that is light, great sound quality, and allows for you to be wireless just be aware that you will need to wear this very minimally and be careful not to do so much as cough or sneeze to hard in this thing. You will most likely have to replace this every 5 months. 😐

I bout this for my MacBook Air, i now work in a call center and needed something wireless. Im glad i bough the port cable as well since the Mac doesnt have the usb port to it. The red light shows i am on mute, when it turns green the other end can hear me. I dont feel they are to comfortable though, they start to hurt my head after like 2-3 hrs wearing them. The quality is great though as well!

The head set works great. It has the Bluetooth adapter which allows wire free connection. I can hear well and the microphone allows me to speak softly without disrupting my colleagues . It does not pick up any noise surrounding me and the sound is very clear
