Good Flavour
Actual rub gave a nice flavour to the steak. Would have preferred it to be in a screwtop jar rather than a press-seal bag but being a bit picky there.

DO NOT COAT STEAK IN THIS!
I used this to coat a beef steak. Wow was that a mistake! It's like concentrated beef flavour. For any British cooks, this is basically a gravy powder. Be better adding a teaspoon to a stew or goulash. If you seasong a steak with this, you will be washing it under the tap, believe me!
