We needed a new under-counter fridge quickly, and didn’t want to buy something cheap & unsubstantial, nor did we want to spend a fortune, so we went for this fridge and it’s brilliant. Has loads of room, decent shelves, it’s quiet and seems cheap to run - really pleased and would recommend.

I have been using this product for 2 years and have really please with it. It is the right size for my requirement and fits perfect under under the worktop. I wished it was frost free as it does sometimes form ice at the back on the inside. Maybe I should be emptying and cleaning kit ore often.

Very compact and stylish. Looks much better than the old white one did. Possibly something to do with having less dents in it.It's slightly narrower than a standard size fridge, which worked really well for me as I no longer kick the cat food across the kitchen.It's the first time I've had a fridge with an LED light inside instead of a normal bulb so it does look a little different inside. Worth making a note of it you are prone to staring into the fridge aimlessly for an hour or two.

Good value for money

Only had the fridge a few days but it appears to be working well. About the same storage as my previous one, so no issues there. The instructions were clear and I set it working with no problem. I did have to ring up as the instructions said there should be 30cm clearance at the top, rather strange for an under the counter appliance, but it was a printing error and should have read 3cms. I also was concerned with regard the delivery dimensions, but it was the box size, not the fridge. I was kept informed regarding the delivery and had a choice of when to receive it. So, altogether, no problems.

I actually ordered wrong size by accident 50cm instead of 55cm so be aware of different sizes. Tiny inside compared to old fridge and can be quite noisy

My last fridge lasted 13 months and failed just after the guarantee ran out ... nice one! It was decided to buy from a manufacturer with a good reputation and we chose a Russell Hobbs. The dial setting goes up to 6, and 5 is recommended, however, this fridge is more than capable of freezing everything solid, so start with 4 as a setting. Being elderly with rheumatic arthritis in the hands, I fitted a handle ... that probably wrecked the guarantee ... but it can now be opened easily. Curling one's finger in the top of the door to pull it open can prove a problem for those of us with finger joint problems. In all other respects, it is a lovely fridge and runs. with a hushed silence. Russell Hobbs also give you a 2-year guarantee and a book on how to care for it and even tell you about loading it to keep the air flowing freely. The magic about this fridge is, it can freeze things if on a high setting, but never freezes itself ... how do they do that? Highly recommended.Worthy of note: I removed the dial knob, because it was being turned down when I removed things from the shelf ... you may wish to do the same. The dial really needs a little more protection. As a retired engineer, may I suggest it would be better if it were a forward facing serrated thumb dial, with the setting number displayed in a window and illuminated by the interior light. On a production run, I doubt this would prove more expensive.
