The King of Shaves Azor was the first razor I'd used that gave a smooth shave without shredding my face. When that wore out, I went straight to King of Shaves for a replacement, and this new 5-Blade Razor does not disappoint. It's a little heavier than the Azor, but feels great in the hand, and is nimble enough that I can shape around my goatee with it, no problems (the single blade on the back is a good idea, but I haven't really needed to use it). The shave is as smooth as I would expect, and it's not harsh on my skin. I always use it with their King of Shaves Kinexium Shaving Oil Sensitive, Silicon Bottle with Pump 20 ml, which I cannot recommend enough.

NOT too bad. Gives a decent shave and last quite well. The blade I am using has lasted 10 days so far and is still giving a clean cut.

Nicely weighted handle and decent blades. I usually find that, when I change razors, I start off by cutting myself and I haven't with these. I also reckon I'm saving around 50p per blade compared to my previous brand. Shaving is an intensely personal thing but - highly recommended

I use Gillette Fusion usually and decided to try another brand as blades are getting expensive. This is no criticism of the supplier but on my beard, the King of Shaves blades were physically painful. I need to shave daily and wouldn't get on with these at all. Perhaps those with thinner/lighter hair would find them ok.

I always loved the Azor range by King of Shaves, this razor is but a poor relation, a decent result after shaving but not on par with the comfort of use and the ease with which the older style shaved effortlessly and without any snagging or pulling. I found some old stock Azor on another site and may have to consider changing brands in the future.

Not as sharp and as smooth as they make out. After a few shaves it starts to drag on your skin making it uncomfortable and the lubricated pad soon wears away.

This is a ready nice razor which gives a good close shave. I would buy again.

Looks like no one is in charge of this company. Their Azor 4-Blade Cartridges were years ahead of the competition, it was so good I was prepared to overlook their tacky 'Daily Star' esque marketing. Azor 4-Blade was elegantly simple made with high quality materials that allowed it to stay sharp for days on end, it would glide effortlessly with easy control.This product is unnecessarily over engineered for the sake of changing a perfect Azor blade. The single blade at the back is near to useless, a stick of ice has better grip than the metal handle on this product. Its near impossible to control the blade and the rollerblade mechanism does not help.Really what King of Shaves is doing is that they have realised the Azor blade lasts too long so they have discontinued the blade to push this 5 blade razor that blunts sooner to increase sales!! Why not have both products run side by side as do other brands.Now switched to Harry's blades which is far superior. I'll be getting a refund and switching brands.
