Excellent dressmaking shears, comfortable in the hand even if you’re doing lots of cutting out, do not drop or use for paper as it blunts them. That goes for all scissors. With self quarantine I’ve taken up sewing again, when it’s over I intend being the smartest coat hanger in Britain!! Tried crossstitching which I love but my eyes aren’t up to it these days. All gifts are going to be handmade crafts this year folks. Teddies are first of my projects, not jointed and with embroidered eyes,nose and mouth. They are for babies after all. Hope I’ve entertained you all? LOL!!

Extremely Disappointed, Not Sharp at all, I thought that being of a German Manufacturer, the quality would be good, I was wrong, doesn't cut thread cleanly, Very Disappointing.** UPDATE **After using a few times 3 months later, the pin in the middle has come out, there is no threading on the pin or nut to hold together, Total waste of money, and now I can't even return them, totally disappointed.

Bought these for dress making, not worth the money, you can only cut material 2 inches at a time if you try to cut the full length of scissors your material gets ruined, they are blunt and useless, I binned mine couldn't be bothered with hassle of returning them

I've had a very cheap kitchen scissors from Ikea which I used for the last decade. Lent it for an outdoor job didn't get it back so purchased this as a replacement. For a few quid more this oozes so much comfort and ease of use, should of got one years ago! Daily cutting tasks would of been more pleasurable with a sharper blade, more comfortable handle with this.Good quality and value by for money.However...😠 Annoying that the manufacturers packing the item secured the cable tie way took tight and the cable tie cut into the grip handle material and nicked it.This is not me cutting it free. I already saw the little tear so was careful to cut the cable tie from the gap between the handles.

The plastic pin keeping them together came out and its too loose to keep the scissors together now. They were cheap but still, expected them to last longer.

I saw the few bad reviews about this product and decided to try my luck.Bad decision. As the scissors came exactly how the bad reviews suggested - blunt, with a gap and no ability to cut through anything except thick cardboard. Anything else will just bend along the knives thanks to the huge gap.

Liked it so much I have ordered another one for spare.Desperately needed this while cutting fringes to be attached for the blinds since ordinary scissors could not cut through the thickness of the fringe and braid; but this one did; so was very impressed and ordered another one immediately.

Very sharp. Easy to handle. On a negative issue, the thumb hole is not large. I think if you have big hands they may be a tad uncomfortable. But for me they are perfect. Do the job intended with ease.
