Q: Is the felt actually adhered to the board? Do you experience any wrinkling of the felt? I purchased a different brand that has wavy felt.

Yes the felt is adhered to the board but there is no wrinkling or waviness. There is also a piece of plastic that has the felt on one side that fits just inside the board. This also works very well. The piece trays also have felt on the inside of them to hold the pieces where they belong. I have had no problems with the felt being wrinkled or wavy. I use this all the time and it works great to store everything in, keeping it all in place.

Q: Does this have any odor? I had a problem with another brand that had an awful smell!

No smells on this product even when brand new.

Q: Does the puzzle board come out of the case?

Yes...that's one of its many advantages. I have a couple of different sizes, and wouldn't puzzle without this board!!

Q: Wil this work for white mountain puzzle that is 24×30 61cm ×76cm

Hi thanks for the question , I am afraid the White Mountain puzzle pieces are quite large and our board will only hold a puzzle 29.5" x 20.5" you would need the Jigsort 1500 for the White Mountain puzzles. Best wishes Pete
