The video quality is quite good for a camera in this price range. But that's where it ends really. I've had quite a few files that don't play at all, and sometimes have the camera factory reset overnight. Also had it where it just freezes mid-journey, says it's recording and the picture on screen moves but the time doesn't change, none of the buttons do anything and you have to wait for the battery to die. Plan is to now stick this in the rear of my car, and buy a high quality one for the front.Forget all that. A few days after writing the camera has stopped working, freezes after first 5 min loop and won't turn off till the battery dies. Convenient that it's just outside it's return period of 30 days

Excellent dash cam .. I was in a crash earlier this year and the footage had my claim paid out in 5 days with the evidence .. it’s very easy to set up and just plug in and instant record .. I’ve bought one for my dad as well .. I’ve added a photo of quality just before I crashed ..

Bought this in January 2016 everything seemed ok until I was in a accident.the footage of the accident was deleted,it recorded upto the accident then recorded after it deleted 24mins I had no evidence to show my insurance it is now in the bin.😢

Great device, fitted a 32GB card and this works for me as advertised. I'm impressed by the clarity of the videos, and the fact that it starts recording automatically and then shuts down automiatically means it is fit and gorget.

initially it was fine, later the sd card would not stay in place, resulting in 2 lost cards, have been in touch with supplier several times, but still have not been able to resolve problem. I would quite happily accept straight replacement, as, when it was first used it was very good, especially considering the small cost.

Only had this product for two weeks but so far I have found it very good value for money:1. 12V power supply lead is long enough to route around the dash.2. Suction Mount stuck firmly to windscreen and allows good positioning of Camera.3. Simple to set up and adjust settings.4. Works great with a 32 GB Class 4 Micro SD card.5. Video quality very good.

Works perfect, love the function that allows you to hit a button and record a minute before you pressed and a minute after.

The delivery service was amazing, arriving within 3 days of purchasing. This dash cam has an excellent camera for the price, easy to install and easy to use. The dashcam is difficult to get out of the holder, but I just take the holder of the screen with it.

I've been using this dash cam for close to 4 years now. It gives me peace of mind when I'm driving around and always worried about getting into a "he-said she-said" type situation with an accident. My biggest issue with this camera is the suction cup it comes with. Eventually it loses suction then stops sticking all together. This is likely due to age but there's no real way to replace this part. The camera still works but i have to zip-tie it to my rear-view mirror to make it point forward. Another smaller issue is I've noticed in certain VW vehicles that the camera has issues with the auto-on and auto-off. My Honda it works great in though.

Great value on this little device. My only gripe so far is that it won't wrap around and overwrite the oldest content once the SD card fills up but for how cost-effective this is compared to competitors (2x - 5x price) I'm willing to live with that. I got the real one (black box) and it's worked great so far for the few months I've had it during the winter (cold doesn't seem to be a problem in temperatures as low as -25 C). I've since used this all summer and it still appears to be functioning well.

Cheap dash camera with good picture quality. Low light video recording is just OK. Sound recording is poor. Works best with Kingston Class 4 SD cards. Has some issues with SanDisk Class 10 SD cards. The built-in battery dies in about 1 year time. The black body turns brownish in about 1 year time. It's basically a throw away product.

I have to say I am pretty impressed with the clarity of this little camera. And the clarity continues even at night! I think this camera is well worth the money! The only down fall I see in it is fighting with the suction cup to get it to stick to my windshield. Didn't like when the temperature dropped...

Very cheap for high quality HD video. It's a very wide lens and the system itself has many options. Please note that the product feels very, very cheap... and the wire is very short and cheaply made. I suggest purchasing a longer and better made wire if you're going to by this.

Great dashcam for the price. Instantly turns on when I start my vehicle, and automatically shuts off when I park. Very little fiddling needed to get up and running. As an aside, the loop recording setting determines how long each video is. If you set it to 10 minutes, it will record for 10 minutes then make a new file until the SD card is out of space. It'll then start deleting the oldest footage. Picture quality is good enough for its purpose. License plates are easy to discern even in low light.

I am loving the dash cam. Didn't realize how much I would like it but now I don't know what I did before I had it. The quality of the video is great.The only knock on it might be that the instruction manual doesn't really explain some of the functions well but it is easy to figure out.

It’s a good product if you are lucky I bought 1 and it lasted a good 9 month and after I was happy with it I ordered another for a friend of mine and it’s didnt last 1 hour without the thing shutting down and freezing and the screen gave problems so it’s an if your lucky kinda product.

Works well. We bought this to collect some driving footage for research. Good quality video. Took a few tries to set it up so we got the loop lengths we wanted. Easily connects to computer for downloading (just like an external drive, essentially). Location of power cable can over time slightly adjust the camera angle. Suction cup works well.

These are great for the basic functions of just recording your drive. The video quality is great and records nicely at night as well. It's a cheaper in price over other ones but doesn't have all the bells and whistles that I honestly didn't want. Great product for a basic dashcam.

Pretty good quality, but still difficult to make out licence plates. Also working fine in mid-summer with at least 30 degrees in the car when parked outside, the capacitor version might not be worth the extra in Toronto at least.

less than 80 days and product is now defective....I bought 2 and now the one says storage error, so I swapped out the memory card from the other dash cam and same problem. no return or gaurantee after 30 days....30 days, who give a 30 days warranty? Never again.!!! Goodbye Amazon

Good product that does what it is listed to do. Great price even if the hardware feels a little flimsy. It does its main purpose no problem and provides clear video of recordings. User friendly and fit the 64gb Kingston micro sd card I bought for it. Only down sides are it must be connected to your car to be recording and because it hangs off the windshield with the cord hanging down it can be a bit of a visual distraction when driving.

Black retail box, MOV file, detailed 1080 video on big TV, very nice video on dark condition.Sold by spytec and fulfilled by Amazon is no risk to buy.Used as action cam with external battery too.
