Don't expect a great taste, but it's good quality
So, it's unflavored, all unflavored powders unfortunately aren't nice. Creatine and Glutamine are very bitter, this BCAA powder smells and tastes like a blocked kitchen sink, now imagine mixing all 3 into a whey protein shake. Suddenly that vanilla is more like a very bitter blocked kitchen sink, makes me wretch thinking about it.However, it's good quality stuff, the BCAAs (with glutamine) helped me speed up recovery and lessen DOMS. Also a good product for sprinting or cardio days. Just be weary, you'll be wanting to down the shake in one gulp. I'd refined less water so you can spend less time drinking it.

Noticeable results !!
Well, products from optimum nutrition are amazing. What did I feel ? You know that pain you feel when on the last series, so it basically gets rid of that pain, considering I'm using it as a preworkout supplement. The downside is the taste, it tastes horrible. I'm mixing it with a considerable amount of blackcurrant and cold water in order to drink it.

It works but doesn't taste great
I don't know who I thought I was but I tried to have this on its own and I considered death as an alternative...You MUST mix this with something. It does what it says and it works, it just tastes like the Devils dandruff, that's all

Disgusting taste
This product is sold as unflavoured but actually it has very disgusting taste. I don’t like any flavoured products as they are too sweet for me. So I chose this One. But Its the worst thing I have every taken as a gym supplement.

A handy tub to give your supplements a boost of BCAAs.
After reading articles about the benefits of using BCAA as part of your supplement regime I decided to buy some. Unfortunately they tend to come in awful capsules that not only contain very little BCAAs I found them to be very overpriced. I wanted a powder that I could mix into my shakes or drink straight up without having to mess about with capsules. But let me tell you straight up, there is a reason for the capsules being so popular, this powder tastes AWFUL! Its probably the most bitter thing to drink straight up ever. The bright side is that its hardly noticeable when taken with other supplement shakes and it mixes really well. But I often drink it straight up regardless. You get a lot for your money in a small and handy tub.So does it work as supplement? Who knows! Its perceptive benefits seem to be good. I found recovery times to be shorter after strenuous exercise (lifting and aerobics), but seriously, its just an amino acid to help achieve optimal dietry requirements to support the building (or in this case rebuilding) of muscle tissue. I don't really want to go into the benefits of BCAAs you can look that up yourself, but one key idea is that BCAAs don't need to be digested and broken down like proteins do, once ingested they pass through the liver quickly and is ready for use. I think this cuts down on the time it takes to get muscle rebuilding amino acids to your exhausted muscles and is perfect as a post-workout supplement. I take it with a sweet recovery shake -insulin transports amino-acids to muscle tissue- and it also helps hide the taste, and I generally think its a great supplement to use as part of your recovery stack.Think what you will of BCAAs. but as a product, this tub is handy and offers relatively good value for money as you don't have to pay for expensive capsules. Why four stars and not five? - Because it tastes like ****.

Tastes awful, but doesnt make me feel sick
I haven't used this for long enough to know how effective it is, but the taste is not good, I mix it with amino energy then down it, so I recommend mixing it with something that has a strong taste, otherwise the taste of it will be very overpowering! However, unlike hemp protein power which made me feel like I was going to throw up over the course of 2 hours, this product does not make me feel sick - it's just not a pleasant taste, that's all!
