Will this work with 'XPlane 11'?

you should check the settings in the game and see, i have checked there list of games and cant see it listed but flight simulator X is so it might happen sometime i hope this helps if not then sorry

Can this product help my problems with rsi? i changed to using mouse with left hand but now this is also hurting.

It should help to lessen the use of the mouse as your eyes will do the searching and all you will basically need to do with th mouse is to click yes or no. However, I do know how it responds to all programs but I think that anything to do with windows it should be compatible with. Hope that helps as RSI isn't nice. Helps to wear some sort of wrist bandage kind of thing and also a wrist support mouse mat.

Does this come with GR wildlands?

The Tobii site has different vendors offering different games; Scan (one of the options if you select Other Sellers) are listed as including Wildlands. https://help.tobii.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002096405-Game-Voucher-Campaigns

Does this work with laptops?

Yes, in fact I think it was made with laptops in mind. Although it says not reccommended for large displays, it works ok on my "36 monitor.
