Good Points:1. You can unscrew the top and have ample room to add ingredients (unlike the traditional salad dressing bottles)2. The fitting at the top pivots but stays in place, so it doesn't get lost or fall off3. Enough room in the container to make a good portion of salad dressing (1 1/2 cups)4. Plastic so doesn't break if you drop it with oily hands5. Dishwasher safe6. Looks ok to put on the table (although the colour green is not my favourite)7. Has a spout so you can pour it easily, and close it afterwardsNo so good:1. Inherent in the great design is a small consideration - the spout does get dirty with what ever you pour out of it. So if you make enough sauce/salad dressing for many servings, you really should close the spout fitting and wash it or remove the whole top and wash it after each serving. Some people say this defeats the purpose of having a reusable shaker, but I think it is a small price to pay.I find it really useful and well engineered for making salad dressings. For Salad lovers, this little device helps immensely for dressings. OXO produces very good quality kitchen products and I adore this brand.I wanted a product to make salads more interesting and a dressing mixer makes this process simple.The quality of plastic is thick and strong. The cap screws tightly which means you can store dressing directly into the fridge and drizzle just before serving. You can even leave on the table giving guests the option of drizzling more/less which is helpful too.I no longer have to store the dressing in small plastic containers or have the worry of spillage.This little device is a neat and handy- makes general salad preparation easier. Must-buy for salad fans.

I am a big fan of OXO products (I’ve left reviews of other products separately) and this one doesn’t disappoint. It’s sturdy without being clunky, the measuring lines along the side of the bottle are useful if making dressing from a recipe and the pouring mechanism works well.I’ve washed a few times by hand (very easy) and the measuring lines have not faded at all. One thing to note, I could see how you might get some leakage from the spout occurring if you shake vigourously and the pouring stopper does not seal well. It hasn’t occurred with mine but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I am a big fan of Oxo Good Grips products - they are almost always well designed, look good and do the job. This salad dressing shaker works really well. The measurements on the side help you get the right blend of oil and vinegar and the rocker lid works well. It stores well in the refrigerator and can be dishwashed. I am definitely pleased with this product.

The product is as advertised. Fairly big so you definitely can make a fair amount of sauce or vinaigrette. The cap is well locked when closed which is good to keep everything as it is. I like how it pours, you can easily fill a spoon without having everything going everywhere so that is quite practical !

Does exactly what it's supposed to! No leakage AT ALL! Love that you can measure & store dressing in this. No drips or spills, no matter how much you shake this & sits perfectly in the door of the fridge. Better than any other one I've tried...by a country mile! Great size & great price too!

Brilliant product. It's sturdy, easy to use and clean. I double my dressing recipe and leave it in the fridge ready for use. Good value too. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this for the office so I can make salads for lunch - had persisted making dressing up in an empty glass bottle but the neck was too narrow to easily fill, it wasn't very big so had to make up a batch frequently, and the kids kind of leaked so there bottle was always a bit oily to touch - yuck. Didn't really want to spend much on solving such as minimal problem but I'm very happy with this bottle, which I've been using for about a month. It feels solid - not likely to break anytime soon I think - and the flip-lid pouring system and leak-proof screw design works well - no mess to worry about. Good size too - can make up big batches with this thing. Very satisfied overall. May have to get one for home as well in fact.
