Q: Has anyone tried turning large slices of bread 90 degrees to fit in so you're using the full length of the toaster slots rather than the height?

as others have said this toaster no good for 'normal' sizes of bread, be replacing it soon so something that will do full slice :/

I bought a different model but it looks the same as long as it is doing the same job I think it would be the same.

Q: How long is the warranty for this product? It has gone just over a year and it’s broke now, really disappointing!

Mine has not broken after a year. Which is the first time a toaster of mine has ever lasted this long. I once paid £100 for a super toaster which only lasted a year, so now buy the cheapest on the market, it doesn't make a difference. These products do not last, it appears to be a fact of life.

Brushed silver. Very good at producing lovely toast.
