what type of alcohol is in this shampoo? ethanol or what?

It's impossible to tell, on the bottle the very last ingredient just says "alcohol", so if it were really that important to know which specific alcohol I think you'd need to email Childs Farm directly.

Is this Silicone free?

I dont believe so. If you want a product cg approved, shampoo isn't normally available but the conditioners all silicone free. In the cg world its normally co wash and conditioner or like us just conditioner. The child farm strawberry and mint conditioner is our favourite due to its amazing scent. It leaves hair easy to rectangle whilst product is in. Leaves hairs soft and hydrated, helping with curls clumping.

They claim they don't use synthetic detergents but some plants make natural detergents and they use these. Check out their website for all the info.

Is this sulphate free?

According to the ingredients list on both this listing and the listing on child’s farm’s own website it contains sodium coco-sulfate... which is a sulphate.
