Love this. Lights up my whole garden. I ended up buying another one for my front garden I liked it that much. The first one I've had for nearly 4years. Works in all weather. At first I was using non branded batteries trying to save on money. That didn't work out. I had to keep taking it down to change the batteries. I changed back to brand name batteries and I've had the light up for 6months so far.

Positive:Arrived on time, well packaged, and in good condition. Simple to set up and put up (although I would recommend the screw fixings rather than the sticky pad). Lots of adjustment. Its not a security light, so not super bright, but easily good enough for what we want it for ie to light up the back door and surrounding areaEasy to install add some batteries ( not included) either stick it to flat surface (sticky patch included) or screw itNegative:The casing does not have any rubber seals around the battery compartment, making the surviveability of the unit in heavy rain not 100% likely, although the screw-fit compartment does look snug enough to hold up to light/medium. Because of this I'd recommend placing somewhere slightly sheltered if at all possible.The detection sensor on the unit is not quite up to the stated 5m range, but it does activate from only my head movement from 3m. It is possible the sensor works up to 5m if it was activated by something bigger like a car on a driveway.

Bought 3 of these. Batteries last a long time but are expensive to buy. Great for providing some temporary light outdoors.

Duck tape the join just in case of water entry if seal not perfect.Light works well.

This works so well. I use rechargeable batteries and recharge every week. Even in the coldest weather they last well. Had for over a year and no problem. Just got this one as I didn't screw the last one in properly and I smashed it. My mistake. Great item

The media could not be loaded. Ok so here is quick review:- it’s decent and good quality nice packaging- it needs 4 x D batteries which can be a little expensive- with the batteries it’s pretty heavy- it’s a little fiddly to put up - screws are small and yiu have to work around the base unit- the light is bright but not super bright good enough for a front light garage but not if you flooded with lightGood value and decent 4 stars

The light doesn't detect anything, it only works if I turn it off and back on. Terrible

Ok, My mistake did not read that this is powered by 4 D cell batteries! I did not know they even make those big D cell batteries anymore. Anyway, due to the awfully low power this light works as well as can be expected. The I>R function only picks up if you come within 5-6 feet and the light is Ok. To change the batteries is difficult when it is mounted in any sort of vantage point as you have to unscrew the whole rear end. Batteries are quite expensive so maybe look at rechargeable or better still look for a light designed and made in this decade.
