Anyone has noticed any improvement on preventing grey hair?
What does chelated mean? Does it matter... Does this affect the amount absorbed etc ?

Not everyone can breakdown and digest copper and other similar substances… Seek medical advice if you feel nauseous (like I have), and stop taking the same.

Not sure how but it is working for me.
I had some private tests done and I was shown to be deficient in copper. I began taking these supplements and within a few weeks my previous painful knees are feeling great. I have gone from not sleeping due to knee pain and in agony going down the steps and every morning putting frozen peas on my knees to only a slight pain every now and again within the day. I have suffered with knee pain for over 5 years. This is the only thing I have been taking different. The inflammation has gone down not red and swollen anymore. I did not intend to take these to help my knees but glad I did. This is my experience and I understand everyone is different.

OK, but I read that taking copper has serious risks, so it's no being taken at the moment.

The body needs copper to make a protein called Elastin. It’s what gives your connective tissue and arteries their elasticity. Without good quality elastin and collagen in the vessel wall, the mechanical properties of the arteries become compromised.This is why knowledgeable poultry farmers, always add copper to the Turkey feed.
