Great value for the money, works with Dell, MS Surface and my smart phone
The media could not be loaded. As you can see it arrives in a cardboard box that measures approximately 7.5x.5x1.75 inches in size.We are going to open this up and the first thing we see is the piece of cable that goes into the wall. I like the hook and loop fastener versus just a twist tie so you can reuse it. The main power brick is protected by some bubble wrap. As you can see there is a USB-C end that appears to have some decent length to it and again the hook and loop fastener that is re-usable. I'm going to go ahead and put this together. Also inside the box is a manual with small print. We'll post a picture to the review. This is rated for 65 watts, and we will try to confirm that by charging a few laptops and looking at our kill-a-watt watt meter. We will go ahead and plug it in, I don't see any power draw upon plug-in which is a good thing and suggests it will not have much of a vampire power draw. The USB-C tip does light up, so you know if it is plugged in to the wall. You'll know right away if its powered. Now we plug into the first laptop. A brief jump to 62 watts, but it seems to settle in around 45 watts. I did see a spike into the 60-watt range which makes me believe it will be able to supply the 65-watts that it claims. I do have another laptop that I'll try that tends to require more power.I'm going to take my cell phone and attempt to charge it. I know that is not recommended, but it's a nice convenient way to charge a phone. I see a jump to 20 watts and a settling in at 17 watts. If I look at my phone it does say 'charging rapidly' which is awesome as sometimes when you use a laptop charger it only charges at five watts. This makes it convenient for traveling as it is one less thing to worry about packing.I do have a Microsoft surface pro. Now we approach 56 watts for a moment and settling in around 43 watts. So, this is compatible with a cell phone, Dell laptop and MS Surface. One more to try, a higher performance Dell machine. Now as the laptop boots up, we see a jump to 69 watts, but again settling in around 45 watts.I do like this build quality. The coating on the cables feels good and it's not sticky or anything. A big positive with the hook and loop fasteners and I appreciate the light up USB-C end.I'm rating this five out of five starsPros- Able to charge my phone 'charging rapidly' at 18 watts- Charges my two Dell laptops and MS surface- Hook and loop fasteners on both wires to help keep it organized- Great value for the moneyCons- None so far

Doesn't work within 2 weeks, light use, zero damage
Absolute garbage. It theoretically provides the exact wattage needed to charge my laptop, but after a paltry handful of uses this product ceased working. The power cord conducts no power. I did not damage or mistreat it in any way, it just doesn't work (on my laptop, phone, anything...)

One of the better replacement Type C chargers you can get
There's quite a few of these out there and they all look fairly similar despite the differences in reviews. I went with this one because of the reviews and the sleek form factor which will let me travel with it easier, taking less space in the backpack. What was interesting to me is that the power cable from the adapter to the wall is very thick...like thicker than what my desktop computer comes with. Not a bad thing b/c that tells me it's a thicker cable to handle the electricity but it does detract from the small space this could otherwise take....but I'm fine with the trade off. Charging my laptop, the adapter got warm but not anything to raise a concern. There is a little white light that shows there's power...meh. It's just another thing to suck power. I don't care for those because all my electronics I'd use this with have a little LED light showing me there's power and the unit is charging anyway. For the price point, this is worth the purchase and I'd rather have a high 65W charger for my tablet, laptop, and phone all in one to keep me charged quickly.

Great product but very slow shipping
I love the style of this thing and there is a charging light right on the C connector. Cord length is nice and quality appears to be superb. The only reason I give this a 3 star and not a 4 is because shipping was delayed for several days and my computer was completely drained and I was not able to use it until this cable cable was delivered. I was a bit upset about this delay. Other than that delay in delivery, I really like this product.

Affordable good looking USB charger, even charges MacBook
Got this for power adapter for my wife's laptop but turns out it's able to also charge my MacBook Pro. There's 5 ft of cable on either side of the power brick so you can plug in 10 ft away from your laptop, which makes sense if the majority of newer USB C adapters are PD. Tethered cable ties are included to help you deal with all this cable when storing the adapter. Cables are a nice matte black and flexible. I like that the adapter is rounded and not a brick shaped. Overall the fit and finish is good. The only cheap looking thing on the adapter is the sticker on it. Manual is in tiny print that's difficult to read as other reviewers have pointed out. Price is competitive. The shortcomings above are aesthetic and don't affect functionality so I'm going to give them a pass. I don't see any cons with this product.

Great replacement USB-C charger
Misplaced the USB-C charger that came with my laptop and this was a great replacement. It was able to charge my laptop while on travel, and wraps together neatly. Since this doubles as a generic USB-C 65W charger, I was also able to charge my emergency jump start battery pack. The adapter was very warm to the touch while it was charging the battery pack. Nothing it can't handle! Very impressed.

Works just as good as a Dell product
I was a bit skeptical that this would not work. My laptop was completely dead so when I plugged it in it did not turn on right away. I will say it took about five minutes for the laptop to get enough juice to power up but after that, it was smooth sailing. It is very lightweight, compact and easy to move around as you can tell from the pictures you will know when it’s plugged up as there is a little light on the USB port that indicates power. To use this as a replacement or back up I highly recommend.
