Don’t use all-purpose flour for pizza if you can use this instead!
I’ve been making homemade pizza for decades. So have many members of my family. Our children actually bought my husband an outdoor pizza oven. I have stones and a peel. I can do thisSo everyone pretty much loves eating my pizza. But I was buying some food other types of flour to use when baking and Amazon presented me with an ad for pizza flour. I don’t remember if it was this brand, because I only buy kosher products. This is how, when I saw the results of my search, I found this product.Oh WOW! Sheer perfection! This flour is DEFINITELY pizza flour! I’d used some 00 flour for making pasta, but I’m going to try to make pasta using this flour! I love it!

Easy to digest
As so many people go to Europe and eat wheat products tfat the can't eat here, I decided to bring the European wheat to my kitchen. I have almost no reaction to eating wheat products with this wheat. The problem is that it is so soft and easy to work with that I keep making things we don't really need. It is awesome to work with, gentle on my body and i bake more and better foods than before. It does cost more but I think I will ease off after the novelty if eating wheat products wears off some. It us worth the cost though.

Hands down, amazing! I ordered it to make sourdough with. It turned out beautifully!! You can definitely tell it is not your typical USA Organic flour. It does not have the crazy gluten content, so it doesn't "pull and stretch" like regular flour. You gently fold and fold the dough, and it works perfectly.My original order, Amazon must have ruined the packaging. I contacted the seller about what happened, and they were super* quick to respond, refund, and replace the flour with no problem. When my replacement arrived, it came packed very well from the seller directly, who also added a couple different bags of flour no charge for us to try out. Exceptional costumer service from them! Highly recommend.

Great pizza flour!
Made our first pizza using this tonight. It does make a difference. Flavor is mild; dough kneads easily, is flexible yet strong. I'm going to use it to make focaccia and see if there is an improved difference. (Fingers crossed.)

Missing the Bitter Unripe Flavor I so Despise.
This flour tastes like flour I remember from over 20 years ago. Tastes great and makes good bread. Missing the bitter unripe flavor in wheat from USA. Cost me about 7.50 to make one loaf. That's about what artisan loaves cost here. I don't feel sick after eating it though. I suppose the super high cost is worth the lack of liver damage.

Great product
I had my husband's grandmother's yeast bread recipe and I have been wanting to try it. So I tried it with this flour and the Caputo yeast and it turned out GREAT!! It is a fine very fluffy flour. I will be buying it again soon.
