Was happy at first with this charger. Had it since May 2018 and used it a number of times to charge my IPhone 6S. Last week whilst driving after plaguing into the cigarette lighter the charger exploded, causing smoke etc and has destroyed my IPhone. It was totally unexpected and I have had to buy a new phone costing me hundreds of pounds to replace it. Just thought I would leave this experience on here as a warning that it may happen to you. I may have had a bad product.

I bought this dual USB outlet about 6 months ago and due to a career change needed more outlets while I was driving so I bought another one exactly the same from the same company on Amazon. (in fact I have now bought 3 from the same company. I burnt one out by connecting a new car battery the wrong way round (not recommended you try this...smile)I obveously would not of bought another two if I wasn't impressed with the first one. They were all delivered before the due date and are exactly as described. I use them to power/charge my phone, Satnav, GPS signal booster, iPad, Bluetooth hands free, dashcam and other devices and it copes with them with no problems at all.

Would definitely recommend this over similar products on the cheap Chinese sites.Good job Realmax.Comment| One person found this helpful. With only 2 USB ports on my ever-slimmer laptop its becoming a struggle to charge and sync the various devices. Through this I have been able to charge my Bose QC35, iPhone 6s and iPhone 4s simulataneously (I am one of those people with a phone for work and personal use). Bought this for my car as all the ones I’ve had before seemed to stop working after not very long.This seems much better. Like the lights on it.It’s great that there are two ports for leads too - work phone and personal phone.All in all a good value and good quality purchase.

This product was absolutely useless from day one. I bought it for my motorbike the cigarettes USB charger did not work from day one it was only one amp ment 2 be enough 2 charge and power up my phone. With I never bothered taking time 2 get my money bck

This did not work at all it arrived in good time but unfortunately the quality wasn't there my own fault you get what you paid for so can't recommend

If there was an option to give no stars then this would fall into that category. The item arrived and when I plugged it in it worked for approx five seconds before going to sleep forever! Value for money NIL Sturdiness NIL Durability NIL

Great in car charger - can charge two devices at once.Cant comment on durability as only had it in use for a week or so.Nice blue light to indicate its active. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.
