My Voyager Focus is over 4 years old now and both the foam pads and leather covers were worn out. Replacement covers are very easy to find but this was the only set that also included new foam pads. The original pads are glued to the earphones but they tear off easily. These replacements were relatively easy to install and feel comfortable on my ears. I will probably buy another set in a few years.

Once installed the cushions, the headset looks like brand new. I'm very happy with this purchase

Good value. Easy to install. Fits comfortably well and you can hear the sound without problems. It performed as expected.

First the positives, really really soft leather, really good feel on the ears. It is not too difficult to install. It is indistinguishable from the original OEM, just as soft.Now for the negatives, I am not sure if this is the fault of the manufacture or the seller. see pictures. The first package i received there is a rip in one of the ear pads. I leveraged Amazon to request a replacement. the replacement came but the ear cups and pads are clearly much smaller. If you look at the pictures they are very obvious. The smaller one still fit, but quite tight. For the time being I won't exchange again, both the big and small one are still very comfortable as they are made of the same material.

I had no idea I could just get replacements and when I did, OMG it was way over due. I was gonna buy a new headset. My headset is over 5 yrs and works great just wear and tear on the ear covers so here’s hoping another 5 yrs LOL

Getting them started was the hardest part, then holding the starting place in place took a bit, but then the rest was easy enough.-Seems to be well made, should hopefully last as long as the originals.-Includes the foam pads. Most options on Amazon are just the covers. After all these years, even the pads were no longer good.Negatives:-So far, so good, will take time to see how well they hold up. Will they last 4 years? Maybe, I didn't think the originals ones would and they did.Considerations:-The old pads are glued in place, at least they were on my Voyager Focus set, but thankfully they came off easily, even if in pieces.

I'm sure they would've worked, however, I didn't wanna risk taking off the yellow cushion that was already stuck onto the headset. I didn't wanna risk breaking/ripping off the foam as I feel it is an original manufactured equipment. So I never tried them on. I had to return them. The build quality looked good. The cushion was a nice light blue color as shown in the photos, but again, couldn't take the risk.

It takes time to put of the headset, good feel, but it is a bit smaller that it should, so the ear pads tend to drop off or move and not stable on the ear.

Wasn't sure if they would fit my 4 year old Plantronics PLT Focus headset but the fit was great! Little tricky getting them on but in the end only took about 10 minutes total.Start with the side without the mic attached as it's easier to learn without the mic being in the way.Pull off the old cover and outside foam and peel off the residue (don't pull off the inside circular black foam, that should be fine and you didn't get a replacement part for that).I found pulling/scraping at the sticky residue with my thumb was enough to get it to come off. Then place on the earpiece, FOAM INSIDE COVER (do NOT pull out the foam!) And start to maneuver the cover over and around for the lip to slide into the slat. Squish the foam down a bit, it will help. Once you get one side in, the rest will be easier.I assumed the new foam would also stick to the earpiece (like the old foam did) but it does not. Just keep it inside the cover, hard plastic side out and it will fit nicely with no sliding once the cover is in place.My headset looks brand new and feels great!

Son fáciles de colocar y super parecidos a los originales, pero la espuma es más rígida y no se adapta tan bien a las orejas. Además, al ser rígida, los auriculares tienden a deslizarse / moverse de posición en algunas ocasiones.Pero bueno, por el precio, y teniendo en cuenta que no encontré los originales, son ok.

Il y a 5 ans, mon chien a dépecé mon Focus. Résultat, mousses HS et cuir abîmé (ainsi que le micro). Hors, c'est le casque que je préfère en rapport qualité de micro/audio et confort (surtout avec des lunettes). Bref, nouvelles mousses (et cuir), livrées en 24h et mon casque est tout neuf. Je retrouve plus de confort et plus d'isolation. Top top top

Just pull the old ones off, the old foam has to be pealed off, it’s a little tricky to slip the new ones one, but after the first, the second is easier. Like brand new again!
