I purchased these for my daughter at her request and did not know what to expect. After using them for a few days, she reported that she felt more energy, her skin had cleared up, and she felt less puffy than usual. The product was very easy to use: my daughter applied the charcoal sachets to her feet at night using the adhesive included, and removed them in the morning.

Product was good! Wore them over night and woke up and they were black! Felt good the next morning.

This was one of the better foot pads I’ve used. I did read reviews before purchasing.Like other foot pads you still get that sticky residue When peaking off but not bad as others or to lower my review.These also did help with my sleep and got a full. Nights sleep. I’ve used others since using these and they don’t help with sleep.I’d purchase these again

Product is very easy to use. I wished it was all together and you open 1 package to stick to the bottom of your foot and it sticks very well. No pain at all, very good way to detox and relax well doing it.

BUT DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU APPLY THE PRODUCT TO THE TAPE THAT THE POROUS SIDE IS EXPOSED SO AS TO TOUCH YOUR SKIN THE SMOOTH SIDE SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHING YOUR SKIN.

I've only had a chance to use the pads twice so far, they definitely feel like they're doing something. My feet seem to get warm after they've been on for a few minutes. It's amazing how they work, the pads go on dry, my feet never feel damp at all throughout the night, in the morning the pads are dark and icky looking. I do seem to sleep a little better at night after using them. I hope that continued use will help some of my aging pains.
