I love the cream itself it's just the bottle that need a a rethink. It's gorgeous to look at but totally impractical, a solid glass bottle which you have to hit on the palm of your hand to get the cream out is not a good idea. It need a a pump or a different bottle.

I suffer with quite sensitive skin which I have to say has happened over the years no real reason only as I age my skin has become more sensitive to off the shelf well known brands. However, this serum doesn't seem to cause any reaction therefore, it's a plus for me. The only negative would be the container albeit is it very expensive looking. Trying to get the serum is quite a challenge. Needs either a pump or soft bottle.

I absolutely love this! I'm on my 3rd bottle. It is light, non greasy, easily absorbed and smells lovely. It lasts ages too, a small amount goes a long way. I usually use it under a day/night cream.The bottle is a pain. All 3 lids have come apart almost immediately and you have to take the little plastic bit out of the neck of the bottle to stand any chance of getting the lotion out without giving yourself tennis elbow, but once that part has been removed it comes out pretty easily.

The serum is too thin (feels like water when you apply it). Despite that, it is a nightmare to get the product out of a glassy bottle which you can't even squeeze... I could only get a few drops at a time by banging it onto the palm of your hand. Not practical when you are in a hurry in the morning for going to work. It look better than it really is... Sorry

I would definitely not recommend this product. The glass container makes it virtually impossible to get the product out. The most effective way I have discovered thus far is semi gently hitting myself in the forehead with the bottle opening facing down. It is far from ideal. I’ve just started using it and I’m dreading when I get half way through the bottle.As for the product itself, it’s hard to tell if it’s working because by the time I get any significant quantities of it out the bottle my arm is sore from shaking / tapping it.

I had high hopes for this as it had been recommended by vogue however after trying it for a while I didn't think it was up to much. also there was no way of getting the product out of the bottle, because its so thick you have to bang it on your hand to get some out. There should have been a nozzle or pump on it

The emulsion itself feels good on my skin. The packaging however is over the top, took me a while to open it and then figure out how to get the emulsion out of the bottle! Once I had done that, it does come out easily.

Thought this was pump action but carnt get it out of the bottle ,I’m sure l will waste a lot of it ,l have never had moisturiser in this type of bottle,you have to keep shaking the bottle to get it out.
