will it hold regular size sports cards in hard top loaders ? if so how many ?

It works perfect for my 75 card magic the gathering deck with all the cards sleeved.

is the material cheaper than described?

I bought several of these for my son at Christmas, and he seems to like them. He uses them constantly and they seem to hold up ok so far. I don't consider the material to be cheap, even though the price was.

Can playing cards fit in this?

Yes they can! Only problem is, if you have the large covers on them to protect your card, then sometimes you can't fit more than 50 cards..without the sleeves you can fit 80 to 100 cards.

Will this work with any card sleeves?

I use Ultra Pro’s card sleeves and they fit fine - if you have sleeves that are 66mm x 91mm then they’ll fit perfectly 😊
