Best way to fit them pull your shelf out lay new ones on top measure then fix the screw. Strong fit well very goog quality would recommend.

AVOID!!!!!
DO NOT TOUCH. Absolute rubbish. Does not stay in place despite being adjusted. Racks drop off as soon as you put anything on them. I returned items months ago and not had a refund yet. Seller doesn't respond to questions.
