Up to many microns the machine can reduce the size of the solid particles of the cacao bean,hazelnut,pistachio,peanut? Available with italian plug?

It comes from the UK, so no Italianen plug, but an adapter is cheap enough.Micron size, sorry no idea, i simply don't have that sort of equipment to measure it, but it makers smooth paste.

can you get parts for this machine? I bought one, but the paddle is now broken. I have requested parts but have not heard back.
