yes must be bone dry otherwise all you get is artwork of black rain graffiti

I've used mine on plastic wood metal glass etc and found it works well on all surfaces

yes completely write only on hard glossy plastic sheeting from pvc unit in industerall estate they will cut it to size for you or might even give you some off cuts foc also don't forget white spirit 2 lte and old towling for cleaning and mistakes will write on plastic banners anything like this.
