Yes it is. I use it as a garden fertilizer to add magnesium to the soil for hydrangeas . It helps to preserve the blue colour in their flowers. But there are other plants which benefit from a dressing of magnesium. You can buy it in small packs in garden centres but it is so much better value to buy the 25kg bags

is this natural or manufactured and is it from China?

"Pure Essence; 100% Pharmaceutical grade"---that is all I can confirm. There is no other mention of provenance, but I can certainly assure the person that the results are just wonderful. I take a bath with these Epsom salts whenever I am fatigued or when I have muscle aches. I highly recommend the salts for this.

is this 100% magnesium sulphate? Be honest please

Yes it is! I had a problem with low magnesium levels, i did substitute it with tablets but then read that bathing in it is better. Now I can only have a bath with about a cup full of magnesium or else massive overload within my body which gives me the most worse headaches until my body depletes its self then I'm ok. So yeah! This is definitely 100% and it will last ages.

Is this rock salt or fine salt?

As fine as magnesium sulphate gets. Certainly not lumps, more like fine crystals but obviously coarser than standard table salt because it's a different thing.
