I have a iwata power jet pro and have lost the quick disconnect adapter that clips into the compressor. Will these work?

They should fit. 1/4 BSP is the standard size for compressors. The picture shows a male thread on the quick release connector, female threads are also available.

are these compatible with Parkside fittings please?

They do fit onto Parkside equipment to replace the current EU format but they don't last. As far as being compatible with the existing Parkside couplings, NO! My advice, Get the EU Couplings to replace any UK 1/4 kit. Everything is supplied with them as standard now.
