Does what it's meant to do
This is very easy to use and clean once I had got my head around what I had to do. It came with 2 different tubes and I found the hard one to be sharp and so preferred the softer one as I've never used one of these before.

The bulb is quite strong and water remains inside
I don't think it is the best bulb as half of the water remains inside despite pressing and it's too hard.
