Q: Can this be used if my two year old is still in a rear facing car seat?

To be honest I'm not sure. I bought for my grandsons who are in forward facing seats now. they are not as big as they look. so I would think they could be. hope this helps.

You can have it on loud or quiet - either way it's not annoying and great fun - my grandson has had hours of fund taking me driving !! :)

No, but it could be fixed onto a board that could be slid under a car seat. It should be stable enough held between the legs/feet while the child is in his/her car seat.ok

How do you mean? It doesn’t. You can place it in the back of the car if not used. Otherwise the child just holds it between their legs and steers it. I thought It would be wierd but totally not as they enjoy driving. Hope that helps.
