I have seen a massive change in the few weeks taking these as I can walk a lot easier and have no pain in my knees or elbow now, I am using lighter weights when training which is not putting a heavy load on me now as I am now 62 years of age. I am back up where I was when I was in the RMC now retired.I feel amazing and living a strict disciplined life style not much pain now and I live on a protein diet with small carbs. Tastes a bit bitter but it is the nature of the product and it is good for your health and as pain relief within time.

Choking hazard! These tablets are very big. I had to stop taking them as they were nearly impossible to swallow and I choked almost every time.
