Tastes a bit bitter but it is the nature of the product and it is good for your health and as pain relief within time.

I have seen a massive change in the few weeks taking these as I can walk a lot easier and have no pain in my knees or elbow now, I am using lighter weights when training which is not putting a heavy load on me now as I am now 62 years of age. I am back up where I was when I was in the RMC now retired.I feel amazing and living a strict disciplined life style not much pain now and I live on a protein diet with small carbs. My health has got a lot better now and after many, many ops I am fitter than when I was in my twenties. These were recommended by my bros and now we all take them they take the three I take just two, it is up to you what you take three or two a day.Good quality, good value for money which is important as everything is getting more expensive these days, and I would recommend these because you also get vitamin C and it is a high strength. I will be buying these from now on and also bought some for my wife to help combat pain she suffers from Lupus SLE & FMS she even sees a change in her joint pains now.

These are quite big capsules which have a strong taste of tumeric which has taken me a while to be able to take without noticing the aftertaste so strong, they seem to work but I've only been taking them a couple of weeks but I am now able to take without feeling icky after, just a taste that I personally have originally struggled with but plenty value for money as there are 90 capsules and I did buy some basic glucosamine as I really couldn't hack the taste at first but now I've gone back to these and it's a similar taste to cardomon pods which I hate but it is hardly registering now I've got used to the taste of these capsules.

I have just started taking this and after a few days I could feel the difference in the pain andswelling in my fingers. Some people on the review are staying how big the tablet is and that itsa choking hazard. that's absolutely ridiculous. One big gulp of water and its gone so don't be misledby those stupid comments.
