These are really good, and if you already use the high 5 tablets you will like these. Taste good and help stop dehydration and cramping when out on the bike. Highly recommend.

Does what it says on the tin.

They definitely do the job, I feel much more refreshed and energised after having them, on days when I'm a bit worn out and simply drinking water isn't enough. Also help replenish minerals to avoid cramps during the hot days

I bought a few of these as an addition for the water in my camelback 3L bladder to use on my 7 day backpacking trek. The lemon flavour is very nice and refreshing. The tablets were really effective at quenching my thirst.Minor downside was that I required 6 tablets each time a filled the bladder.

Use these to ensure I stay hydrated whilst fasting. Work brilliantly and give me a real kick of energy even though I haven't eaten. Tried Phizz but these work much better. Would recommend.

Did the Yorkshire Three Peaks on quite a hot day - popped a couple of these in the CamelBak as a cramp precaution. I didn’t get cramp so guess they worked and was surprised that they actually tasted quite nice!I think they would stain a water bottle / CamelBak with repeated use but that’s a minor issue.

Do the job but maybe don't have as much of a taste, a bit like plain water with a hint of flavour rather than flavouring the water.

A great product that really keeps stiff joints at bay. Quite pricey though
