I have very fine, thin hair and it is so easy to apply too much conditioner leaving my hair limp as well as fine and thin!!This conditioner is the best that I have ever used. I spray sparingly on towel dried hair that has only been shampooed, comb through and leave to dry naturally. It would be nice to use a hairdryer for speed and volume but I don't want to cause any damage to my hair. It dries very quickly and the conditioner leaves a pleasing smell. The condition feels good when the product is applied and my hair dries with a lovely shine.
