Sukrin Organic Defatted Coconut Flour 400gEU Organic

Never used coconut flour before but glad now, this flour works well with the type of cake I make. As i dont use eggs butter or sugar, this gives a subtle flavor.

It has mild coconut flavour and tastes fine, no bitter. The coconut flour is very fine and will become strong sticky when mixing with water or other liquid (if use large amount of coconut flour). It is not the problem but great for any kind of cake, pancake, etc if you need to bind it and in case, you may need egg and maybe starch powder to further binding.Overall, it is just OK and good price.

I used thst flour to make bread. Came out great. Really like the product. Great taste with reduced fat at the same time.

Opens up a whole new range of culinary oportunities.

Great product, needs only about half the amount of regular flour in recipes, but must use baking powder with it.
