I like to use CLA when on a cut and have noticed the difference. I tend to use more than the stated dose as research I have read showed that higher amp used yielded better results with no adverse side effects. I tend to use six tablets in a day. One with every meal. The size of this item (400 tablets) makes this more economical as smaller bottles will disappear in days.

The best CLA supplier for very reasonable price. Gel tablets really easy to swallow. Not the first time I bought this product and will be buying again.

Good product. Fairly well priced. Well packaged. Arrived on time. Don't expect miracles. CLA does 'help' reduce skin later fat. However, work discipline and good diet is firstly and foremost required

What a bargain 400 capsules and as you need 6 to 8 a day for them to work you need a lot of them so this is the best buy you can get!! 2 before each meal will work with a large glass of water !! Superb ironlabs!

Basic CLA, it does smell fishy so not sure if there isn't fish oil in them... The package has a lid that doesn't seal the capsules properly. Would recommend iron labs to change their packaging. All and all will not buy this specific brand and keep to my old one

CLA is not a wonder pill for weight loss, but will aid you inshedding pounds if you're active and watch your diet. Very good value for money

I've tried CLA from other sources evlution and Optimum Nutrition and they are all pretty much similar, in so far as I've had no nasty side effects or horrible after taste. I picked these after reading other online reviews and looking at the cost. I'm happy to report that these are as good as any on the market, with the added benefit that you get more for you money. Again these will only aid you in weight loss if you control your diet and exercise regularly.
