Hi. I have some xl bigz dies and wondered if they would work in my cut n boss machine as the crsftwell extended plates are over £60 😲

You really need the full A4 plates for best results, but these plates will go through at a push.

I have a big shot plus and bought the extended magnetic platform. Do I need these extended cutting pads or can I use my big shot plus cutting pads.

These cutting pads will be the same length as the extended magnetic platform, I am assuming the cutting pads that you got with your machine are shorter than your extended magnetic platform ? You can use the shorter cutting pads but you will not be able to cut the full length of your magnetic platform. I hope this makes sense?!

Can these be used in a cuttlebug or ebosser machine?

Yes they can. You just need to support the length at the beginning of the pass to help it 'bite' .

Are these extended pads the same size as the multi purpose platform the big shot machine comes with ?

Depends what platform came with your machine. The extended pads are approximately 14.4 inches long. The standard length platform is much shorter. My machine came with the standard length platform so I needed to buy the extended platform and cutting pads for the BigzL dies.
