Good design. Haven't actually used them yet. I take them with me on long walks in case Zuma gets a sore paw. They are very lightweight and I'm sure they will be comfortable

Nothing good about this product. I wanted something to protect my dogs foot after surgery.1) It fits like a golf driver and literally gave my dog a club foot, which was a trip hazard for him2) The bottom off the foot has lots of little plastic bobbles which are quite slippery on hard floors so was absolutely no help to my poor dog when trying to stand up3) It’s not weatherproof or waterproof in any way despite it being advertised as such. First visit outside in the garden to do his business, and he comes in with a damp foot.4)I’ve had this boot less than 24 hours, the bottom has already worn through exposing the padding beneath the ‘protective’ layer. Which unfortunately is like a sponge and absorbs water, so has soaked all his surgical dressingsIf I’d overused or abused the product then I wouldn’t have written such a poor review, but I have an elderly dog who has had this boot on half a dozen times to go in the garden. He doesn’t wear it in the house as I think it is down right dangerous for him being a trip hazard and slippery. Certainly not fit for the purposes as stated in the product infoNeede an urgent appointment with the gets to have wet dressings changed and avoid infection, just for the added expense and inconvenience.

We bought one on the recommendation of our vets after our dog had cut one of her paw pads and this was to protect the dressing. It was definitely an upgrade on the upcycled drip bag the vets provided but after about ten days use (only worn during short walks) the foot part was almost worn through and no longer waterproof, up until this point however it served the purpose well, the velcro elastic straps nice and easy to use. They’re not expensive but just don’t expect it to last forever!

Here's the thing: it will work, but for a short period of time. Extremely short. And this is why: it has a design flaw.My dog had a cut on his paw, and I bought the Mikki Hygiene Boot to prevent infection. It comes with 2 horizontal Velcro strap-ons. These, unfortunately, can't prevent the boot from sliding towards the extremity of the paw. When this happens, the foot is no longer protected by the rubber part of the Mikki Boot (which is in the bottom of the Boot serving as a sole as it is ticker than the fabric). Therefore, the paw is now touching the ground only separated by the fabric of the boot which is porous and not impermeable. And also not as durable as the rubber part. In my dog's case, I had to readjust the boot every 2 minutes, and eventually the fabric torn very quickly and the boot was drenching wet from the inside, worsening the infection.I would suggest 3 things: 1) make it longer - add extra fabric so that the boot actually converts into a sock-like accessory which is easier to keep in place; 2) if it is longer, you will be able to add extra horizontal strap-ons, and possibly a big one that goes around the body of the animal; 3) make the fabric more durable and water resistant (also the seams between the fabric and the rubber part need reinforcement).I would gladly pay double the amount I've paid for a more efficient product.

Wrong sizing, poor quality, doesn’t even stay on dogs paw. Just don’t waste your money on this.

These were poorly designed, awkward to get on and did not stay in place when dog was moving ( she was only being walked on lead). I had to keep adjusting it since the protective pad was in the wrong place! It may have been particularly wet when I used the boot but it was soaked through after a short walk. A bigger size might have gone on more easily but presumably would have swivelled round even more. I don't recommend them

Bei den großen Größen wird damit geworben dass sie auch großen Hunderassen passen sollten.Fallen sehr klein aus, schwer anzulegen.Mal sehen wie der Schuh nach dem ersten Gassi aussieht.

Ho usato questa scarpetta x proteggere il cuscinetto della zampa con i punti messi a causa di un taglio.Ottime le stringhe elastiche con velcro per farla stare ben stabile, presente cuscinetto in memory foam, ma la forma non va bene. Ha una forma ad L come gli stivali umani, ma il cane avrebbe bisogno di un tubolare flessibile che si adatti alla posizione della zampa! Peccato! Sarebbe stata perfetta!
