Effective, good quality product from a well respected and reputable brand. I use it together with my protein shake, though once I tried it in my coffee too. It is easy to use, has no particular smell or taste and it mixes well; there is no lumpiness or powdery taste. The tub comes with a small scoop, which corresponds the size of the recommended dosage, Since the recommended dosage is small in volume, the tub lasts a long time, therefore I consider it a value for money. I stick to the recommended dosage and no more, and I experienced no stomach pains or any other adverse reactions. The first time I used it in a shake I had a half before and half after my swim workout. It is amazing how much more energy it gave me and I literally needed no post swim recovery time, which I normally do.
