I love her she is so cute and does an amazing job. The hoover is very small and lightweight with a wooden floor setting and carpet setting, comes with different brush extentions and is easy to detach and change heads. I live the extention and retraction of the cord and the ability to change the strength of suction. Comes with 2 dust bags.

Wow, what can I say, this little hoover is excellent, the suction power when it's turned up full is immense, sometimes a little too good (you may have to rescue small rugs or doormats 😅) it's also quite light weight and doesn't take up much room to store, and further to that, it's actually not an eyesore if left in view, I got the Hetty version and it's cute 😊 but if that's not your thing you can actually remove the face (something I didn't know before looking at the instructions) honestly I have nothing bad to say about it, and thats rare 😅 Henrys/Hettys definitely live up to their reputation, and imo it's definitely worth spending a bit more to get a product you know will do a good job and last than to get something slightly cheaper and doesn't do its job at all 😒 (yes I did do this 😅)

It’s Heavy which makes it durable against bangs and knocks, cord is long enough to reach all areas. It comes with different types of nozzles which can be used for different purposes

A bit cumbersome but a strong vacuum so am happy. Can get into most awkward placess as the arm and head are not bulky. OK on stairs with a nozzle for corners, a tad heavy. For me one of the best things about the Henry range is the lack of a swivelling blade in the head that on other machines usually gets hair and threads caught up in them. Henry's just have the head with a fixed brush inside that can be lowered or raised depending on thickness of carpet. The bag is easy to replace. I have an eco friendly reusable dust bag, purchased separately, which I use sometimes instead of the disposable bags

I bought this to replace my garage vac. It's not as good as older models because of regulations from the EU requiring lower power consumption but it is still very handy with a good long hose and lead so it can reach the car on the drive. Its quite stable but I still rely on my Sebo for the house. That said, the Hetty is being used more & more for the higher level cleaning in the house because the Sebo tends to fall over when you stretch the hose to its limit. Hetty is a pretty good all round tool.

I have had Henry's for the last 20 years or so, and my original one is still going strong in the garage, which picks up all sorts of building rubble etc. The quality of them seemed to go downhill after that, each the replacements only lasted just over the 2 year guarantee, and i went through 3 of them. They were only used for general vacuuming in the home, but the hi/lo power switches seemed to fail. I really did not want to buy another, but quite frankly, nothing else touches them as far as i'm concerned. I decided to have one last try, and as the dratted hi/lo switch has now gone, hopefully will have more luck with this one.I love the new compact size, which is just a little easier pull around and store. The simple tool storage is great as I was forever loosing them before. It may be smaller and have a smaller motor, but the power is unbelievable, I can actually see it sucking up and dragging any debris on the floor towards the floor tool before it even goes over it. I have to turn the power down by turning the vent on the handle, where as the old ones were always on the highest power. The floor tool is slightly different, and now has a little wheel which makes it more manoeuvrable on hard floors. I am not sure however, what it would be like on carpets. We have all hard floors apart from one large rug. I do find it a little hard to push on the rug compared to the old tool, although this could be because it has so much more power. If i turn the power down on the handle, it is fine. Overall, I am very pleased and glad I gave it another go. It will remain to be seen how long this one lasts.

Absolutely excellent! Much better than the cordless cleaner I had previously. Arrived on time and with all tools as stated. I would certainly recommend this item. Certainly excellent value. Delivered on time and very pleasant delivery man.
