My Grandson loves it, he plays with it for hours, twirling it around to make all kinds of different patterns with the Iron Filings, well worth the price.

My son loved this on his desk untill it toppled over and broke, such a shame because it was very amusing

This item is very good and great and value for money

When I purchased this product I expected a bit more. It is not so magnetic as I thought it will be. It has some light magnetism in it, but you will not be able to create elaborate designs or flower patterns with it as advertised. Also, all the time it falls the same way and you get the same shape unless you shake it around and try different angles which won't help much anyway. The design of this 'magnetic' hourglass is quite nice and will suit as a pretty decoration but even the size could be bigger. I find it way to small to have fun with it. Wouldn't buy again.

My 16 yr old loves science and magnets, so this was purchased as a stocking filler for him. I’ve had a little play with it before wrapping it up for Christmas. It’s quite small, but he will love it. It’s quite interesting to watch the difference when you put it on the magnetic base and see the little spikes formations.

I remember buying this years ago when I was much younger. I was really excited for this for some reason. It arrived shattered. Like, it arrived in shards. I was so disappointed.
