Used for a year, and very pleased!
I have had this set of cordless home phones for a year now and feel that they are definitely really good for the price. Battery lasts long so never any worry of them running flat when we forget to put them back on the base. Sound quality in terms of microphone and ear peace is very good with both parties hearing good quality voice. Settings are also easy to navigate and manage. All in all, a good buy.

A great phone.
Easy to install and the automatic ringtone is fine to use although fairly quiet. I haven't had a play or read the instructions but found it impossible to work out how to tell it that a spam call had come through. I guess I need to read it and work it all out! The handsets are light and easy to hold. The screen is big enough to see easily too. If you want a phone to plug in and use then this is great, but if you want it to do more then you will need to use the instruction leaflet! The sound is clear and it is easy to hear.

Great basic phones
I bought these for my father to replace his aging twin set. He is not what you would call tech-savvy, but he plugged them in and was up and running within seconds, so I would say set up is very easy! Battery life seems good. One of the phones was left off the chargers for a couple of days and still had power when it was rediscovered. Presets are easy to input and the display easy enough to read. Overall very pleased with this set

Great set of phones
A fantastic set of phones and very easy to set up especially for a technophobe like me. The volume and clarity is great, one small point it comes with batteries and they're AAA rechargeable ones. The description on Amazon says it doesn't have batteries and says the size is AA - that's incorrect.

Mostly good but dissapointed with software
I have been very loyal in the past towards Panasonic when it comes to cordless telephones but I feel that may change soon. Prior to this I have always felt Panasonic phones were reliable and well-priced. I only resorted to replacing them as they naturally became worn with frequent use.Pros: Setup was simple and quick, contacts and date/time information synced between the two phones seamlessly. The screen is large and so is the text, no more squinting when looking for names and numbers. I would have preferred the phone to have an overall smaller profile though. The ring is adequately loud at full volume and there are a good selection if ringtones to suit everyone's tastes.Cons:There is a distinct lag (software registers button late) when using the numpad or scrolling through contacts which I did not experience in any previous cordless phones I have owned. This is rather frustrating when you are scrolling through a full contact menu and need to find a name somewhere in the middle as it simply takes ages. The interface is quite unintuitive even when compared to some older models I have owned whilst some buttons and features I find to be in odd places, particularly the speakerphone button being underneath the numpad.

Not the best
Phone ok, had to get one quickly and thought this would do the job. It’s pretty basic and doesn’t have good features for missed calls, contacts etc but my main issue is volume. Cannot find ANY phone with adequate volume levels meaning you have to carry one handset with you all day draining the battery. Being back the old GPO760 - unbeatable on every level.

Good, but not quite there
I purchased these Panasonic 'phones to replace an older Panasonic handset, which whilst still working OK, couldn't be paired with other DECT 'phones. The menus and so forth are almost the same as my old Panasonic, and I had things up and running in a couple of minutes. However, there are some grumbles. Build quality is not as good as my old Panasonic -- these handsets feel very plasticky by comparison. Annoyingly, the handsets don't have a flat base, which means that they can't be used in a standing position off stand. But the biggest annoyance is that Panasonic has just e-vamped the range, with new models that have better ring and earpiece volume levels. These 'phones are OK, but if you're hearing impaired for any reason, it might be better to look elsewhere as they certainly aren't the loudest house 'phones that I've owned.

Excellent, robust, simple and reliable product.
Always go for Panasonic phones. They are the most reliable, robust and user friendly cordless phones. This set was a present to an elderly relative who has been stubbornly refusing to join the 21st century. I think she is now signed up. Very quick and painless delivery. Well done Amazon, as ever.
