"Onion Dome" - Round with Domed Lid 300ml (114 x 93mm)

I cannot imagine being without this container. It keeps onions fresh for a long time in the fridge without causing smells tainting other items/food. Works well and so easy to use. Recommend

I love this product because it stores a HUGE onion, or a few halves of smaller onions and the lid still goes on. There is no onion smell coming from it so your fridge is protected from that and it's easy to store because the domed top fits neatly upside down into the base. I wish I had had it years ago.

Great pot and suitable for GIANT onions.I love that it stops the fridge smelling of onion, and stops that horrible surprise of the taste seeping into whatever was next to it.My standard onions from the supermarket look very small in it, but that's not a problem.You could however buy one of the similar sized pots without the globe top, which are cheaper, and still be able to fit half an onion in it.

This is a very useful little thing for all kinds of bits but it keeps onions fresh and it stops them absorbing all the toxins in the air or in the fridge. Also stops the fridge from smelling of onions. Well worth the money.

Works extremely well! Keeps onion or half lemons/limes, apples, whatever fresh and useable without the associated smells lingering in the fridge. It's not too large so doesn't take up lots of fridge space but is large enough to accommodate the desired food stuff.

Within a week of this item arriving, one of the tabs that secures the lid to the bowl base snapped off. Luckily, this item is over-engineered, and the three remaining tabs do a good enough job of holding the lid on/keeping smells inside.Speaking of over-engineered: one quite annoying aspect is that the four tabs on the lid need to be aligned with four tabs on the bowl section. This item is not designed to hold liquids, so I can't see why the designers couldn't have just made the lip of the bowl section a bit wider (not using any more materials), meaning the lid could be snapped closed at any orientation. As is, it can feel like a bit of a jigsaw puzzle at times, getting those four - now three in my case... - tabs carefully aligned with their clips.Still, it does it's job and stops my fridge from smelling like onion/keeping any partially used onions fresher for longer.

I brought this for my 10 year old daughter to take an apple in to school for her snack, works really well.She likes the clips as it’s easy for her to get the lid on and off.Good product at a good price.Would recommend for onions or apples.
